      Fantastic product, making broth is now so much easier

      This product made the process of making chicken broth so much easier, and as the owner/operator of a small organic pastured poultry business and homesteader we make a LOT of chicken broth. The soup sock keeps all of the chicken carcass and parts held together so I no longer have to strain off the broth in order to remove the chicken at the end of the process -- I just use a pair of tongs to lift the sock out, set it on a strainer over a stockpot, and let it cool until I can glean off the meat. So glad I made this purchase!
